Booked Couples

Wedding Planning Checklist

Planning your wedding should be exciting, not overwhelming! We have put together this checklist to help keep you track of the important things, know what is coming up and feel confident that everything is falling into place.

Every wedding is different, so use this as a guide rather than a strict set of rules. If you have already ticked some things off, that is brilliant!

We have lots of helpful blogs you can use during your planning process from wedding planning guides, reading about the team, real weddings with real couples, awards and much more!

If you are ever unsure about something, please get in touch with our team. We would much rather help answer a question than have you worrying about it.

Book Your Key Suppliers

If you have got your heart set on a particular supplier, we would recommend booking them as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Many suppliers can only accommodate one wedding per day, and popular dates can book up quickly! Visit our recommended suppliers below.

A little tip from us: If there is a supplier you have always dreamed of having at your wedding, don’t leave it until the last minute!

Accommodation

If you would like some of your VIP guests to stay in one of our luxury bedrooms on the night of your wedding, don’t forget to share your secret booking code with them!

You should have received your code, along with further information about booking a room, around two weeks after your wedding was confirmed with us. If you can’t find it, please get in touch with our team. Your guests can book their room from 2 years before your wedding date.
