NOT SUITABLE FOR NEWLY ENGAGED COUPLES LOOKING FOR A WEDDING VENUE. (We host Open Days as well as private showarounds for you!)
A number of times a year, we invite those with upcoming weddings at Heaton House Farm to come and join us for a fun-filled evening, where they can chat with suppliers, get advice from our award-winning events team and take an informal tour of the venue during an evening setting.
Our client experience evenings are a great way for our booked clients to get a taste of how the venue can look with any given styling. We work with a number of different suppliers to bring you the evening, making sure that the venue looks the best it can possibly be, as well as becoming a source of inspiration for our clients. From videographers to pianists, stationers to ice sculptors, we rotate our recommended suppliers at each experience evening throughout the year, so there will always be something new and exciting to see!
We all know how important it is getting your wedding theme just right. We work with a venue dresser, a crockery hire company, a florist and a stationer to come up with around 10 different themes which may appeal to brides and grooms. This is a great opportunity for suppliers to show the variety of what they can offer couples, as well as for couples to envision the personal touches to their big day.
During every experience evening, we hold an entertainment showcase, which generally includes a DJ, a band and other instrumentalists. They each have time slots throughout the evening to entertain you and show how they can make your wedding that little bit different.
The evening is also a great occasion to sample the wines we serve in our house wine service. We let you try a variety of wines which you can choose as your toast drinks or served alongside your wedding breakfast. It’s a great excuse to check out what you’ll be offering your guests as well as choose your own personal favourites!
We like to include the whole venue when putting on our experience evenings, which is why not only do we have suppliers in the main venue areas, but also in our Old Stableyard dining restaurant too. Recently restored, it provides the base for breakfast the morning after your wedding. You will be able to see how it looks as well as acting as a more intimate setting to discuss various options with our suppliers.
Envision your dream ceremony by seeing our various ceremony options set up with different themes. If you still haven’t made a decision, it’s the perfect occasion to decide where you’d like to make your vows.
