Wednesday 29th January 2020 – Cultivate Conference
29th January 2020 @ 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
We are delighted to be hosting the first Cultivate Conference – A full-day business conference designed for the rural and agricultural sector.
There will be opportunities to challenge, collaborate and celebrate aspiring and innovative businesses across the sector.
The organisers and co-founders Andy Venables and Simon Haley are established entrepreneurs within the rural business and digital marketing sectors.
Cultivate is a growth summit and business conference with a rural twist.
The two keynote morning speakers, Malcolm Smith and Brad Waldron, are driven, passionate, engaging, and light-hearted. They will deliver plenty of content and practical strategies to increase performance, focusing on the power of people above systems, and through a combination of insight and humour.
The afternoon will be one of inspiration, with our two speakers Ross McMahon from Kendal Nutricare and Jane Lane from the Westmorland Family presenting their rural success stories, with delegates then given the opportunity to analyse further in the masterminding sessions, sharing ideas and challenging each other for tangible takeaway actions to implement in their own businesses.
