Our team of incredible chefs, lead by Head Chef Luke, have put together a delicious menu for our couples to choose from, and deliver top quality food for every meal. The chefs are split into different roles, including Breakfast Chef, Sous Chef, Chef De Partie and Head Chef.
Food & Beverage Supervisor
The supervisors run the day to day management of our F&B team, they also offer training where needed. They work alongside the Heaton House Farm coordinators to ensure timings are kept to and the couple’s and their guests receive top quality service.
Food & Beverage Team
Serving food and drinks to guests whilst maintaining a high quality, front of house service.
Ensure the kitchens are kept clean and tidy during service, and that it is left in perfect condition ready for the next event.
