Civil Ceremonies

As a wedding venue, we are passionate
about every detail of your important day, but we feel that the Civil Ceremony often
gets overlooked.
At Heaton House Farm we are so keen on helping you feel relaxed to enjoy your ceremony
that we even encourage you to have a rehearsal beforehand to make sure you know
where to stand, what order to come down the aisle, and how fast to walk! And, if
your favourite music is difficult to walk in to, we can even adjust the speed to suit
your pace.
Firstly, we have a dedicated hair and make-up
room for the bride’s party to use. This room is linked to the venue so when
you are ready you can proceed internally to the ceremony room.
Secondly, you have the option of getting married in any of our three barns, which are all licensed for civil ceremonies. We
always adjust the size of whichever barn you choose to suit your guest numbers so
whether you have invited 20 or 450 guests, your ceremony will always be a personal
and intimate event.
With regard to the music you choose to accompany your ceremony, this can either
be live or recorded, using our concealed in-house PA system operated by an experienced
member of the Heaton House Farm team.
If you would like a blessing with religious sentiments we can easily accommodate
this too.
The civil ceremony at Heaton House Farm costs much less than venues in Cheshire, as the
Staffordshire Moorlands Registrars charge a lower fee and can be contacted on 08456
